The staff were lovely and caring. The area felt super quiet and safe. I enjoyed the bed and found it comfortable for sleeping. Supermarkets located nearby were a plus.
The room felt cold. I noticed some mould visible. The toilet was difficult to flush and did not work well. I found this disappointing .
